I work at the intersection of Evidence-Based Psychotherapy and Transpersonal Psychology. My approach may combine Brainspotting, EMDR, Somatic Parts Work, Psychodynamic Therapy, Expanded State Integration, and Coaching Psychology depending on the needs of each client.
